Payments policy
Payments, refunds, access, and creator payouts.
This policy applies to collection-level one-time purchases, supporter subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, entitlements, platform fees, and creator payouts.
Purchases and subscriptions
Checkout displays the collection, price, currency, payment type, billing interval, and material access conditions. One-time purchases provide collection access unless refunded, reversed, obtained improperly, or restricted as required by law or policy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Failures, cancellation, and refunds
Subscription cancellation ordinarily preserves access through the paid period. Under the current product rule, failed payments and full refunds revoke the related collection entitlement immediately. Non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply.
Creator earnings and payouts
Creator balances are based on successfully settled transactions after applicable platform fees, processor costs, refunds, disputes, reversals, taxes, reserves, and currency effects. Verification or risk review may delay payout availability.
Records and support
Saw Share retains the operational payment and support records needed to provide access, investigate disputes, calculate creator balances, satisfy legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Never send full card numbers or passwords in a support request.
