Creator terms
Terms for publishing and earning on Saw Share.
These Creator Terms supplement the Terms of Service whenever you publish, monetise collections, or receive creator payouts.
Creator eligibility and responsibility
Creators must be at least 18, provide accurate identity and payout information, own or have sufficient rights to their content, obtain required consent, apply accurate labels, and avoid misleading collection or pricing claims.
Collection-level monetisation
Monetisation and paid entitlement operate at the collection level. Content blocks are not sold individually. Creators remain responsible for the availability and description of the paid collections they offer.
Licence, payouts, and enforcement
Creators retain ownership while granting Saw Share the limited rights needed to host, display, deliver, secure, and moderate their content. Payouts remain subject to successful settlement, verification, refunds, disputes, reserves, applicable law, and the Payments Policy.
Changes and continued use
Material changes receive reasonable notice and may require renewed acceptance. Creator access may be restricted for legal, safety, payment, fraud, or material policy reasons, with an appeal opportunity where appropriate.
